Changes after Round 20
INS: It''s been hard to ignore Matt Rowell's last few weeks, but another dominant performance, this time against the Tigers means he has to come in. He had 27 disposals, 12 clearances, and nine tackles on the weekend. Monstrous.
OUTS: It doesn't help when your side is getting pumped every second week, but Zak Butters is the casualty to make way for Rowell coming onto the bench.
In the mix, and those on notice
The list of names banging down the door may have shortened in recent weeks after a few defenders had down outings (Sam Taylor, Darcy Moore). But, the Suns have another name in the frame, with Sam Collins on watch, while Tigers veteran Nick Vlastuin has been very good all year. There's also a bunch of midfielders, led by Marcus Bontempelli, Zach Merrett, Andrew Brayshaw, and Tom Green. If you're a midfielder in our current side, you wouldn't want your form to dip even slightly.
In the forward line, Isaac Heeney could squeeze in, while Ben King, Aaron Naughton, Jesse Hogan, and Mitch Georgiades continue to make strong cases to be included in the team. The ruck situation remains as fascinating as ever with North Melbourne's Tristan Xerri, Collingwood's Darcy Cameron, Freo's Luke Jackson, and Max Gawn all chasing Brodie Grundy.
